1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the services provided by suryajitu, you automatically confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms & conditions listed on this page as well as any other applicable policies. If you do not agree with any of the terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and suryajitu as the service provider. We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time, and such changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page.

2. Account Creation and Security

To use the full services of the suryajitu platform, you are required to create an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Owning more than one account may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts without a refund.

• Users are fully responsible for keeping their password confidential and their account secure.
• Sharing account access with any other party in any form is strictly prohibited.
• All activity that occurs through your account is considered to have been carried out by you.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, contact our support team immediately.
• Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal can be processed.

3. User Obligations and Responsibilities

Users must use the suryajitu service in accordance with applicable terms and must not take any action that could harm the platform, other users, or third parties. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of this service complies with the regulations applicable in your area of residence.

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Using automated software, bots, or system manipulation techniques to obtain unauthorized advantages.
• Engaging in collusion, fraud, or any form of cheating against the platform or other users.
• Using the service for money laundering or any other illegal activities.
• Registering on behalf of another person or using a false identity.
• Abusing promotions or bonuses in a manner that does not comply with the applicable terms.

4. Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals (IDR)

All transactions on the suryajitu platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits can be made through a variety of available local payment methods, including bank transfers (BCA, BRI, Mandiri), digital wallets (DANA, GoPay, OVO), and QRIS. Users are responsible for ensuring that the account information entered is correct before submitting a withdrawal request.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or digital wallet account registered in the same name as the platform account holder.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits apply as shown on the account page.
• Transactions suspected of being suspicious may be placed on hold for additional verification purposes.
• suryajitu is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions or third-party payment services.
• Funds originating from bonuses may only be withdrawn after the applicable turnover requirements have been met.

5. Account Policy: Suspension and Closure

suryajitu reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is any indication of a violation of these terms & conditions, fraudulent activity, or behavior that is harmful to the platform or other users. A suspension or account closure decision is final unless the user submits an objection accompanied by sufficient evidence within 14 calendar days.

Users may also submit a voluntary account closure request at any time through the account settings page or by contacting the support team. Any remaining balance will be processed in accordance with the applicable withdrawal terms, provided there are no locked bonus funds or active investigations currently ongoing.

6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property

The suryajitu platform is provided as is. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption, free from errors, or that it will meet any particular expectations of users. To the extent permitted by applicable law, suryajitu is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

All content available on the platform—including logos, text, graphics, interfaces, software code, and game materials—is the intellectual property of suryajitu or the relevant licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or using such content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
